In 2011, Legacy Studios was founded in Buffalo, NY with a mission of servicing the K-12 School Portrait Market and providing unparalleled service to parents and schools. By 2014, that mission fueled Legacy Studios' expansion into 13 states. In 2015, we acquired the Nationwide Studios brand, which now comprises a kindergarten through university division branded by Legacy Studios and a preschool division branded by Teddy Bear Portraits. With this growth, Legacy Yearbooks was born—created to be the one-stop shop for schools, offering everything from portraits to yearbooks under one trusted name.​​
